Adobe Flex Developer/ Adobe AIR Developer - Contract

Excellent contract opportunity for an experienced Adobe Flex, Adobe AIR developer to join a highly dynamic Dublin based software house with interesting and challenging projects. Building leading edge products for the financial services industry this company has an excellent pedigree and a growing reputation for challenging the boundaries of technology while producing unique industry leading products.

Role / opportunity:

  • Flex Development
  • Building rich internet applications to deploy to the desktop
  • Working with a highly experienced team of developers
  • Working in an agile development environment
  • Adobe Flex / Adobe AIR development projects
  • 6 month contract initially which will extend
  • Back end built in Java

Skills / experience:

  • 2+ years working with Flex
  • Experience with Flex 3.0, Action Script 2.0/3.0
  • Understanding of Flex component architecture
  • Experience in BlazeDS/LCDS Messaging and Remoting
  • Experience in designing robust Enterprise-quality Flex/AIR client applications
  • Strong understanding of the Flash Player runtime platform, and Actionscript 3 design patterns.
