Global Software Development Corporation with an growing Dublin City centre based support capability has an opportunity for a technical support engineer with Norwegian language skills to join an international support team .
This team receive a low volume of calls but must follow each one through escalation to completion interfacing the internal support and development teams and keeping the customer updated in a timely fashion.

Role / opportunity:
· 2nd and 3rd line technical support
· Application/software support
· Working with high profile international corporate customers
· Working closely with global internal software development teams
· Ownership of support tickets through to completion
· Proactive working environment
Skills / experience:
· 3+ years commercial support or programming experience
· Must have prior experience of supporting external customers
· Norwegian language skills are required for this position
· Experience with Visual Basic (VB) or C programming languages
· Appreciation of software development life cycle
