Opportunity: A Life Insurance company has an immediate requirement for a business focused Business Analyst with a background in mapping and re-engineering operational processes. The company is rolling out insurance products and is looking for a BA with life product experience and an understanding of the insurance business as a whole.

The role will require some technical know-how and a mix of the two would be ideal

Role:

  • Requirement gathering & analysis
  • Working closely with business stake holders
  • Create Business specs
  • Analyze business processes
  • BPR work
  • Operational analysis
  • Chance to gain some Project Management exposure

Experience:

  • 4+ years Business Analysis experience
  • Life insurance experience is necessary
  • BPR experience
  • An understanding of product, processes and procedures

Salary / Remuneration: €50-60k per annum plus benefits
