Our client is looking for a Business Analyst for a contract role payoing daily rates in the city centre.

 

Assist & co-ordinate UAT.

  • Manage escalations where necessary.
  • Interface with other teams in the organisation.
  • Positively contribute towards continuous improvements.

 

Contribution to projects:

All team members are expected to contribute with ideas and energy to the overall development of projects and their implementation

 

The successful business analyst will be expected to evaluate current process & to propose efficient and quality improvements for implementation. There is constant scope for imaginative contributions in all areas of how we do business.

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Be able to demonstrate 3 years experience in a business analyst or similar role.
  • Be able to demonstrate 3 years data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of an accounting solution, Coda preferably
  • Project Lifecycle experience.
  • Knowledge of  Workflow and it?s design and implementation

 

Advantage to have:

  • SQL and database analysis skills
  • Knowledge of Jira (support call handling solution)
  • Experience in software industry.
  • Knowledge of a procurement solution including security matrix
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools including data warehousing
  • Working knowledge of Sharepoint
