Business Analyst Insurance
This is a new role with an expanding Irish Insurance business which is suited to someone with some insurance or life & pensions experience and strong BA skills in the areas of; requirement gathering, requirement analysis, software development life cycle, systems testing and implementation.
In this role you will be working as the client/customer, receiving services and software from external service providers. In this capacity you will be helping to ensure the vendors know what the business requirements area and that the business operations teams receive the appropriate software solutions.
You will be managing senior stake holders expectations, working hand in hand with the business while also being able to discuss technical detail of solutions.

• Business Analysis
• Requirement gathering, analysis and sign off
• Representing the company when dealing with external suppliers
• Stake holder management
• Working through the full software development life cycle
• System testing and UAT
• Working through the full project life cycle
• Working within an Insurance business

Skills / experience:
• 4+ years Business Analysis experience
• Insurance background
• Experience of the full software development life cycle
• Good business knowledge
• Software vendor experience is a huge advantage
