Business Analyst - Insurance/Life & Pensions

New position for a Business Analyst with a background in Insurance or Life & Pensions and between 1-3 years commercial experience to join an Insurance/Life & Pensions start up business being created within a hugely successful global financial services group.

You will gain enormous amounts of business exposure and be challenged on a daily basis and as the business is expanding rapidly there will be rapid career progression opportunities for people with a good attitude and the drive to succeed.

This will be a highly varied role which will suit someone able to multi task and able to help create operational business processes in this start-up business.

In this role you will be working with external suppliers/vendors who are delivering IT services to the business you will act as the bridge between the business teams and the IT vendor which will involve root cause analysis, incident management, problem management.

Skills / experience:

  • 1-3 years Business Analysis
  • Must have Insurance or Life & Pensions experience
  • Experience of Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis
  • Ability to bridge the gap between the business and IT teams
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment facing new challenges on a daily basis
  • Experience of service delivery or service support would be a bonus
