Business Analyst with Spanish language skills
New position for a Business Analyst with a background in Insurance or Life & Pensions over 1 to 3 years and fluent in Spanish to join an Insurance/Life & Pensions start-up business being created within a hugely successful global financial services group.
You will gain enormous amounts of business exposure and be challenged on a daily basis and as the business is expanding rapidly there will be rapid career progression opportunities for someone with a good attitude and the drive to succeed.

This will be a highly varied role which will suit someone able to multi task and has an interest in helping to create operational business processes in this financially secure start-up business.
In this role you will be working with external suppliers/vendors who are delivering IT services to the business you will act as the bridge between the business teams and the IT vendor which will involve root cause analysis, incident management, problem management.

Skills / experience:
• 1-3 years Business Analysis
• Fluent Spanish written and spoken language skills
• Insurance or Life & Pensions experience
• Ability to bridge the gap between the business and IT teams
• Desire to work in a fast paced environment facing new challenges on a daily basis
• Experience of service delivery or service support would be a bonus
