Business Process Specialist
Outstanding position with a newly emerging Life & Pensions business within a globally successful financial services company to be the BPM, BPR, Business Process specialist. Working in an early stage business you will be working closely with all areas of the business and IT in order to; define service processes for the operations of the service centre, drive the delivery of workflow support for service operations, drive the delivery of appropriate IT functionality to support service activity and more.

Role / opportunity:
• Business Process Specialist
• Insurance/ Life & Pensions business environment
• Define service processes for new international operations
• Drive Workflow Implementation
• Produce Service related Business Requirements for IT systems
• Liaise with IT to plan and track the staged delivery of required functionalities
• Define Global Process Map
• Produce service process documentation
• Create process modelling environment
• Produce workflow design documents
• Implementing workflow in supporting tool
• Produce business requirements documents
• Produce service technology roadmap
• Delivery of service related functions monitored and coordinated with the evolution of service procedures.

Skills / experience:
• 5+ years commercial Business Process experience
• Proven background of Process Definition, Business Process Management (BPM/BPR)
• Process definition and process modelling (familiarity with modelling techniques)
• Production of procedure documents and user manuals.
• Production of business requirements documents for IT system specifications
• Management of small consulting taskforces
• Familiarity with financial services middle or back office activities
• Small project management including forecasting, tracking and reporting on activities
• Six Sigma experience would be of interest
