Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Change Manager with Life & Pensions business experience to join a highly exciting new PMO within a well establish global financial services organisation. This is a high profile opportunity tackling change initiatives which are being driven by business enhancements and are highly support at a senior management and executive level.
In this role you will be coordinating the efforts of numerous teams; project managers, line managers, business and IT spread across European locations.
Role / opportunity:
- Change Management / Programme Management
- Leading teams of Project managers, Business analysts, IT and business operational teams
- Full budgetary control of major initiatives
- Driving the efforts of suppliers
- Managing senior stake holders and actively managing the communication with all interested parties
- Sanity checking projects before they begin
Skills / experience:
- 8+ years commercial Project Management / Programme Management experience
- 4+ years Change Management experience
- Proven Change Management skills around; people. process and IT
- Strong background in Life & Pensions or cross boarder insurance products
