Change Manager / Program Manager

New role for an experience Change Manager to join a recently formed Change Management team working within a leading financial services corporation with a major programme for change taking place. This role requires someone with strong experience of managing senior stake holders and a proven ability to drive change through people process and culture at all levels.

There are core business needs to be met which will require someone to work with multiple business units across Europe within a distributed corporate structure and manage the efforts of teams and project managers to ensure time frames and deliverables are met while continuously communicating progress at an executive level.

Role / opportunity:

  • Driving high level business change initiatives through Process People and Culture
  • Change Management / Program Management
  • Planning, budgeting and delivering programs of change
  • Leading teams of Project Managers, Operations Managers, Business Analysts and more
  • Managing the flow of information to senior executives and stake holders
  • Programme Management approach to achieving results

Skills / experience:

  • 10+ years commercial experience
  • 4+ years Senior Change Management experience
  • Background of Programme Management
  • Experience of Financial Services (funds, investments, Life & Pensions)
