Commercial Service Level Coordinator is wanted for a leading technology organisation

Service level Managers required for Major technology organisation to work with one of there leading commercial clients based in Dublin 15 to work on a wide range of new and innovative IT projects.

We currently have an opening for a Service Coordinators and Service Managers to work within a major technology organisation based in Dublin 15. Our client is one of the biggest companies in the world and you will be based in there European Head Quarters in Dublin.

For the role some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Management and tracking of all account Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Daily interlock with Global DPE with regard to SLA updates
  • Follow up and communication with account teams on SLA concerns Communication and coordination with DPE community with regard to account health Account Cost Management on behalf of the DPE Interlock with Procurement on 3rd party contracts and associated cost

Requirements:

  • Ideally gained over a years experience in a similar Service level role
  • Account management skill
  • Strong Strategic Skill
  • Some Financial knowledge/experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong Communication skills
