The Company

This client is a super successful international company, specialising in innovative IT products. Due to expansion require a Customer Service, Sales Support Executive to liaise with their international business clients. Salary €25,000 - €28,000 plus benefits.

The Role

This is a dynamic role for a bright candidate in a pivotal position

  • Inbound Customer Service, supporting customer enquiries, problem solving and providing information
  • Sales Support & Development
  • Processing returns, subscriptions, invoicing and other associated administration
  • Identify ways to improve the business and drive it forward

The Person

  • You will be fluent in Spanish, Italian & English
  • You will preferably have a 3rd level degree or relevant customer service experience
  • You will have strong IT skills, interest or experience in Oracle or SAP would be advantageous
  • The ability to multi-task, use iniative while working in a tight-knit team
