Ideal candidate will have customer service experience and strong interest in IT. Good basic salary and benefits are offered (relocation + full training + learning centre + and others).

Responsibilities:
• Dealing with inbound calls from IBM’s business customers
• Identifying and solving their problems, updating customer’s file
• Dealing with other customers’ technical queries related to their IBM products (HW, SW)

Requirements:
• Fluent Swedish or Danish or Norwegian and good level of English
• 6 months customer service experience essential
• A real interest in IT (previous technical support experience or degree are an advantage but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills, be a good team player
