Data Warehouse SQL Server Contract
Contract role initially for 3 months, expected to extend.
Provide Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions to the business and co-ordinate with IT groups. Working with SQL Server, Microsoft BI; SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and able to tackle data warehousing tasks such as modelling, ETL, OLAP cube creation and maintenance.

Role / opportunity:
• Scope and definite Data Warehouse needs
• Provide data infrastructure to support the business
• Maintenance of OLAP cubes
• Development of data assets including data profiling/cleaning, ETL and data mart creation
• Development and maintenance of warehouse(s)
• Manage master data infrastructure and related processes

Skills / experience:
• 4+ years commercial data warehousing experience (modelling, ETL, OLAP)
• Strong SQL database skills (SQL Server 2005/2008)
• Proven experience with Microsoft BI stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
• Strong relational and dimensional data modelling and database design skills

Rate:
• 320-380 per day (negotiable)
