We are currently recruiting for a Unix System Compliance Administrator to work for our client in Blanchardstown.

Primary duties include operating system health checking and application health checking (automatic by using tools or manual when needed).

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills are required.
  • Skills on Intel & Unix platforms (system administration experience)
  • Scripting skills an advantage.
  • Ability to develop solutions independently and work well within a team environment which will often be virtual / remote
  • Skill level in a technical discipline Possesses strong service skills with ability to balance technical support, written/oral communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
  • Creativity and analytical ability is required to understand the inter-relationships of the products with each other and with the infrastructure as a whole.
  • Be able to identify opportunity for, and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work according to procedures (ITIL)

Experience in the following: IIS, SQL Oracle, Sudo, SSH
