IBM Ireland is currently recruiting Finnish speakers for their Out Of Hours team. This is an excellent opportunity for a career in IT within a multinational and busy environment.

Responsibilities:
~ Dealing with inbound calls from IBM business clients.
~ Identifying and solving client problems, and updating client files.
~ Dealing with other clients technical queries which are related to their IBM products.

Requirements:
~ Fluent Finnish as well as a good level of English, both written and spoken.
~ A will to work Out Of Hours shifts.
~ Customer Service experience is a plus.
~ A genuine interest in IT (previous technical support experience or degree are a must).
~ Excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team.
