In this position you will be providing technical support and customer service to IBM business customers from Nordic countries.
Ideal candidates will possess solid computer/IT skills, excellent customer service skills and phone manners, as well as good team-player skills.

Qualifications:
~ Fluent Norwegian as well as a good level of English, both written and spoken.
~ Customer Service experience.
~ A genuine interest in IT (previous technical support experience or degree are an advantage).
