We are currently looking for Danish Customer Service Representatives to work in IBM’s European Centre in Dublin, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a career in IT within a multinational and busy environment. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and a strong interest in IT.
This is the perfect job for people with fluent Danish and a good level of English who want to:

~ develop their IT- and Customer Service skills in a call centre environment.

~ get a competitive salary (€22,000/year = approximately €1,650/month after taxes) as well as a relocation package (€800 on completion of 4 months service = €400 after 2 months and €400 after an additional 2 months, tax free).

Responsibilities:
~ Dealing with inbound calls from IBM business clients.
~ Identifying and solving client problems, and updating client files.
~ Dealing with other clients technical queries which are related to their IBM products.

Conditions & Benefits:
~ The work is performed within IBM but the Contract is signed between you and Manpower, starting for a period of 11 months and then extended on 12 months basis.
~ 20 days holidays + 9 bank holidays per year.
~ Full training provided (2 weeks).

Requirements:
~ Fluent Danish and a good level of English, both written and spoken.
~ Previous Customer Service experience (at least 6 months) is a must.
~ A genuine interest in IT (previous IT experience and/or IT degree are an advantage).
