Your future responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance and upgrade of server operating systems

Day to day support to user queries and customer advice

Carry out occasional work scheduled outside of regular working hours (on-call duty)

You will need:

At least high school education

Native level of Fluency in French and/or English

Experience at least 2 years MS Windows NT/2000/2003 administration in corporate environment

Appropriate certification for complex Windows based environment administration (e.g. MCSA, MCSE)

Performance monitoring and analysis

Problem determination, analysis and resolution

Server installation and server configuration

Good general IT literacy

Focus on customer needs

Good team working skills balanced with ability to work alone and a positive attitude

To be ready for shift work

Ability to work well in an international environment

Advantage is to know:

Backup and Recovery strategies

Security strategies

Cluster services maintenance

HW (IBM, HP, COMPAQ, DELL)

IBM Tivoli (monitoring and storage)

Citrix terminal services

SAN
