Excellent Eastern European role. ASAP interview and start. Senior IT Management position with budget and departmental responsibility for between 60 -70 staff. IT Software and solution delivery experience required. The successful candidate will have previously held the following roles;
Head of IT Software development department for at least 3 years with proven track record.
Your role will encompass overall responsibility for IT software and solution delivery department to multi-national business demands and requirements. Overall responsibility of ;

· Software Development, methodology, quality, delivery, tools and standards.

· Efficient IT staff utilization, planning and development in the Solution delivery dept.

· Budget, Quality and deliveries of Solution delivery dept.

· 3rd party vendors negotiations and deliveries

· Active leadership in IT Goals, Strategy and Architecture.

· Responsibility to develop its department into Centre of Excellence with continuous improvement.

Role is located in Poland, ideal candidate will have previous Banking Industry sector experience. Basic knowledge if ITIL and Operational Management also required.
