We are seeking Technical support candidates who would like to be part of a growing, successful company.
The NER Value Global Solution Center is responsible for the delivery of remote services towards our Customers in the NER Region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland)

You will be providing remote technical support to HP customers, onsite engineers and partners.
As a Software engineer, you will have experience (preferably 1 - 3 years) in 1 or more of the following technologies:

Microsoft Operating Systems (MCP/MCSE certifications preferable but not essential)
VMware
HP-UX, or Unix
Linux

You will be:
Customer oriented
Enthusiastic
Courteous
Quality conscious
Motivated
Able to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution.

You should have fluency in at least one of the following languages:
Danish, Dutch, French/Flemish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish.
