You should be a dynamic and hands-on professional and be willing to stretch yourself and learn. A strong ERP background particularly in the Human Capital Management area is a prerequisit for this position.

There is no travel requirement for this position.

Role / opportunity:

· Chance to join an emerging international ERP Software provider

Skills / Experience:

· 5+ years commercial ERP HCM experience

· Attitude and aptitude to be successful in a growing company, working on a brand new product.

· Clear and effective communication skills.

· Strong functional knowledge in Human Capital Management applications

· Experience of; Talent Management (Staffing, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning) and/or Benefits and/or Compensation and/or Globalization products
