IBM Norwegian Technical Support Representatives Required
We are currently recruiting Norwegian Technical Support Representatives to work in IBM’s European Centre in Dublin 15 (Blanchardstown), Ireland.
What’s the job about?
· You will be dealing with IBM’s company clients (B2B) and troubleshooting their IT problems and answering their queries.
· It is important to have good computer knowledge and you will get training about the IBM products.
· There are several teams; some are more customer service orientated while others are more technical. You will be placed according your technical knowledge.
· The position requires good PC skills, customer service skills, phone manners, and the ability to work team.
What do you need?
Customer service or IT Experience
Fluent Norwegian
A Good Level of English
Commitment & Motivation
Someone who wants to start a career in Dublin with the world’s leader IT employer
This role is an 11 month contract. We also will accept CV’s from people still currently living abroad and would like to relocate to Dublin.
