Ideal candidates will have
- a minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Fluent Swedish or Norwegian or Danish (not necessarily native), good English
- Solid troubleshooting skills (error, internet access, printing problems).
- PC skills - knowledge of Win XP or Vista.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service
- Handling email, internet and telephone based customer queries.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Deal with both technical and non-technical people at all levels within the organisation
- Undertake internal and external training as required.
- Continually strive to improve technical ability
This is initially an 11 month assigment with Manpower which can be extended on a 12 month basis
