This Multi National IT company is world leading in the storage solution market, they have an immediate vacancy for an experience Inside Sales Account Manager to renew expiring licence agreements. This is high-earning sales role for a motivate account manager. On target earnings euro55,000 uncapped commission.

Job Description

  • Meet sales targets for defined territory
  • Ensure Maintenance Contracts are renewed prior to expiration, engage with customer on all aspects of the sales cycle, from quotation to close
  • Identify opportunities to upsell Services into accounts
  • Manage and submit timely and accurate sales forecasts to management
  • Ensure appropriate customer or service issues are escalated to management
  • Create accurate quotations
  • Adhere to the corporate Renewals policy and practices, and meet defined performance metrics
  • Work cross organizationally as part of regional sales and services team
  • Sales activity is conducted primarily over the telephone

Skills/Experience

  • More than 2 years Telesales or Internal Sales Experience
  • Native German speaker with fluency in English
  • Previous knowledge of the IT storage industry is desirable
  • Previous experience selling maintenance contracts
  • Ambitious, competitive, hungry to succeed
  • Computer literate
  • Flexible and adaptable, not afraid to invest time outside office hours
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback
  • Bright and determined
  • Ability to work well under pressure and on own initiative
