IT Service Management / Production Support / Service Support

Excellent opportunity with a global financial services corporation working within a Life Assurance business area to ensure that the IT services needed by the business are being delivered by internal IT service providers.

Coordinating the service delivery into the business from multiple internal services and working with the various different teams on behalf of the business to ensure suitable services solutions are delivered consistently.

Service Level Management, Service Availability Management, IT Service Continuity Management are all part of this role where you will take responsible for operational stability of the IT applications by managing the resolution of incidents and support introduction of new releases.

Role / opportunity:

  • Supporting the Production business environment
  • Managing relationships with internal IT suppliers
  • Managing the agreed Service Levels with internal IT departments
  • Analyses of incidents and ensure that solutions are implemented in a timely matter
  • Ensure that user documentation stays up to date

Skills / experience:

  • 3+ years commercial experience
  • Experience of coordinating IT Services being delivered to the business
  • Technical background is needed for this role
  • Service Management/Production Support/Service support experience
