IT Service Support Analyst - Insurance
Immediate opportunity for a Service Support Analyst with experience in the Insurance or Life & Pensions arena. This role is working in a team who ensure the Life & Pensions business teams receive the necessary standard of IT support from external vendors. The role will involved incident management, problem management, communication with the business and external IT vendors, working within an ITIL framework.
A typical background you will be coming from could be Systems Analyst or Business Analyst or business / technical support role of some sort within the insurance or life & pensions arena.
Role / opportunity:
- Service Support /Production Support role
- Working closely with the business to ensure they receive an appropriate IT service
- Working with external suppliers and vendors to ensure issues are resolved effectively
- Manage the business team’s expectations
- Technically troubleshoot basic issues
- Analyse issues and assist in the resolution of issues where possible
Skills / experience:
- 4+ years commercial experience
- 3+ years spent in Insurance or Life & Pensions environments
- Knowledge of policy admin systems
- Systems Analysis or Service Support experience would be a huge benefit
- Strong communication verbal and written
- French language skills could be a bonus but not required
