IT Support Team Leader UAE Dubai

Immediate opportunity for a highly motivated IT engineer with 4+ years commercial experience and some Team Leading/Management experience to take over responsibility for the overall IT function of a mid-sized engineering and logistics company across 4 sites with 2 junior support engineers to lead.

This is an excellent chance for an aspiring professional to take complete control of the IT function of this business where you will have the final say in all IT matters, from support issues to decisions on new applications to be bought and integrated.

Role / opportunity:

  • Day to day management of 2 junior IT support engineers
  • Mid-sized company spread across 4 sites
  • Development and management of networks and IT infrastructure
  • PC support & Server administration/support
  • Windows environment
  • Managing implementation of ERP/accountancy solution
  • Development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
  • Responsibility for investigating, project planning and implementing new programs/solutions

Skills / experience:

  • 4+ commercial IT support experience
  • Experience in developing and integrating networks for multiple sites
  • Prior experience in managing/leading a small IT support function would be an advantage
  • Prior experience in researching and implementing an ERP or similar programs would be a plus
  • Strong Windows Desktop and Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, MS Exchange

  • Salary €40-46K TAX FREE
