Junior Business Analyst - Life & Pensions/Insurance
Excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with 1-3 years commercial experience in insurance or life & pensions to join a newly created business unit within a global financial services corporation. This will be a highly varied role in an environment where processes are still being established and you will help to establish and define operational processes.
Working with external vendors who are delivering IT services to the business you will act as the bridge between the business teams and the IT vendor which will involved root cause analysis, incident management, problem management.

Skills / experience:
• 1-3 years Business Analysis in Insurance or Life & Pensions
• Experience of Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis
• Experience of working with external service providers /vendors /suppliers
• Desire to work in a fast paced environment facing new challenges on a daily basis
• Experience of service delivery or service support would be a bonus
