Lead Development Rep is required for a leading multi national organisation based in their Dublin office. The role is full time and permanent.

Our Clients is a major multi national blue chip organisation within the IT Sector, their European Head Quarters based in West Dublin with there further satellite offices based throughout the country. They are looking to add an experienced and capable Lead Development rep/Sales Specialist to their well established sales team.

We are currently recruiting the best LDR’s and hence offering you an exciting Lead Development job at our clients Telesales Centre in Dublin. You will work towards their customer base in Sweden and, generating leads into one of our clients SWG Brands. LDR team have our clients .com product knowledge, lead identification skills to drive validated pipeline, lead progression and won revenue. Cross selling, clothing and upselling when and where appropriate. Generating substantial revenue for our client, but more importantly, ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied. LDR’s are part of the overall Telemarketing Organisation.

You will be working primarily as a dot com Lead Development Rep in a dynamic international team and be responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities from inbound or outbound marketing campaigns, events or web activities. In order to achieve client’s expected business results and generate substantial revenue for the organisation. The LDR is in authority to identify new opportunities and to progress an opportunity to a validated status. The LDR therefore must have the ability to:

Plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintain effective long-term business relationships with key decision makers and influencers;

Plan and facilitate negotiations achieving lasting agreements and commitments;

Explain the product’s benefits to the customers and overcome their objections;
Identify, prioritize opportunities and manage a pipeline of opportunities by focusing on e-business;

Develop solution strategies by engaging in consultative solution selling, involving business partners and influencers as appropriate;

Establish and maintain relationships with other parts of IBM;

Develop effective plans to help manage opportunity identification, lead progression and won revenue via Marketing Campaigns, Events and Web Activities.

Commit to and deliver results according to monthly targets/forecasts.

Requirements:

Ideally degree/diploma qualified in Management, IT or Business Sector

Ideally over 6 months experience in a similar position or sales experience

Ideally 6 months experience in Sales School trainee/graduate

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English and ideally Swedish but not essential
