Responsibilities:

Revenue and Reporting:

Support and maintain the process to ensure there is only one version of the truth captured and reported

Support in driving a team behaviour that result in Siebel pipeline accuracy

Maintain forecast model/tool

Support in consolidating the sales forecast (weekly and monthly) through data input and analysis

Post to team site (msie)

Maintain revenue tracking tool

Track and report revenue and pipeline progress against budget by ATU, STU and opportunity type

Send weekly revenue updates to EPG and LT

Support ad hoc reporting based on current business needs - particularly around MYR and budgeting timeframe

Prepare pricing quotes for customers and AMs

Generate Customer Price Sheets (CPS) for EA deals

Make sure all amendments are applied correctly to ensure EA deals are validated and processed within Microsoft timeframes

Review completed Select and EA agreements, enrolments, CPSs, pre-credit checks and amendments

Licensing:

Licensing support through customer meetings and e-mail

Present at the monthly Licensing Clinics

Organize and drive agenda for Quarterly Partner Briefings

Maintain and update licensing team site with EPG (AM focus) content

Communicate to EPG (AM focus) on regular basis relevant licensing information (promotions, changes, etc.)

Detailed license analysis per EPG account

Quantify compliance opportunities
