Job Description:
Managing users and databases within the global infrastructure by using standard tools and following standard procedures and processes, as well as, understanding and following local country/region specifics.
Troubleshooting user and database management tickets with a low complexity, and limited communication with the customer, service management, and teams (such as Helpdesk).

Requerements:
- 1-2 years of work experience or university project work (Lotus Domino/Lotus Notes)
- general IT knowledge , mainly with focus on Windows

Required:
