MS Sharepoint Consultant (2nd level support)- Multinational Company based in Czech Republic
Requirements· BS/BA degree and minimum 2 years in a technical discipline, which relates to the I/T duties assigned.
· Minimum 2 years of practical experience of MS Sharepoint Portal Server 2007 BAU execution on other customers.
· Possesses strong service skills with ability to balance technical support, written/oral communication and customer satisfaction.
· Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
· Creativity and analytical ability is required to understand the inter-relationships of the products with each other and with the network as a whole.
· Be able to identify opportunity for, and implement process improvements.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Interested in learning and open to knowledge transfer.
Technical skills:
- MS Sharepoint training and 2 years practical experience needed
Training required:
- MS Office Sharepoint Portal Server 2007 and Windows Sharepoint Services - very good knowledge
- Skills with IIS, ISA is preferred
- Windows Server - 64-bit Cluster - good knowledge/able to work independently
- ITIL / Change- & Incident management knowledge - Understanding of ITIL procedures used is necessary to understand the flow and communication of these tasks - very good knowledge
- SQL - good knowledge/able to work independently
Required experience:
Master’s Degree
At least 2 years experience in Windows / Windows server (64-bit Cluster)
At least 2 years experience in MS Sharepoint Consultant (training, practical experiences, knowledge)
At least 2 years experience in MS Office
At least 1 year experience in SQL
At least 6 months experience in ITIL / Change- and Incident management knowledge
English: Fluent
