**Network Engineer - French Speaker**

An experienced Network Engineer with fluent French and English is required with for a leading IT company in the Dublin Area , the role will be based in Cork.

The Role:
Identify Level 2 escalations
Be an interface with the Helpdesk level 3 in Europe
Provide complex technical diagnostics
Creating testing in the lab
Deal with and Solve incidents in a timely manner
Support key Sales accounts
Requires to travel to client site

Requirements:
Fluent French & English
Level Bac+4/+5 in Networks
Experience with support Cisco and or u NetGear
Certified CISCO or equivalent required
Knowledge in Network Attached Storage and Linux a distinct advantage
Must have strong initiative, be positive and a quick learner.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and listening.
Ability and willingness to solve problems and provide pre-sales support.
Ability to work under pressure, manage time wisely to meet handle times and work with targets.
