Network Engineer - French Speaking

Manpower Cork are currently seeking applications for a Network Engineer with French on behalf of our client for a Cork-based role.

Responsibilities
• Identify Level 2 escalations
• Be an interface with the Helpdesk level 3 in Europe
• Provide complex technical diagnostics
• Creating testing in the lab
• Deal with and Solve incidents in a timely manner
• Support key Sales accounts
• Requires to travel to client site

Requirements and Qualifications
• Fluent French & English
• Level Bac+4/+5 in Networks
• Experience with support Cisco and or u NetGear
• Certified CISCO or equivalent required
• Knowledge in Network Attached Storage and Linux a distinct advantage
• Must have strong initiative, be positive and a quick learner.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and listening.
• Ability and willingness to solve problems and provide pre-sales support.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time wisely to meet handle times and work with targets
