Network Engineer - French Role

Currently we are looking for “Network Engineer” with French & English language based in Cork, Ireland.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role

Responsibilities:

· Identify Level 2 escalations

· Be an interface with the Helpdesk level 3 in Europe

· Provide complex technical diagnostics

· Creating testing in the lab

· Deal with and Solve incidents in a timely manner

· Support key Sales accounts

· Requires to travel to client site

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Fluent French & English

· Level Bac+4/+5 in Networks

· Experience with support Cisco and or u NetGear

· Certified CISCO or equivalent required

· Knowledge in Network Attached Storage and Linux a distinct advantage

· Must have strong initiative, be positive and a quick learner.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary.

· Attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and listening.

· Ability and willingness to solve problems and provide pre-sales support.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage time wisely to meet handle times and work with targets
