New position - Business Process Manager
Working as part of an internal Organisational Development department of a highly successful international software company with a Dublin city centre based office.
This role is part of a global business process team who are looking to optimise end to end processes throughout the organisation.
Creating internal standards, driving quality, working towards accreditation, introducing and evangelising methodology all in line with a global business process improvement strategy which you will contribute to.
The client is open minded about industry background and will consider candidate from Consulting or Technology or Financial Service or Pharma or any other professional sector.

Role / opportunity:
• Senior role of Business Process management
• Business process improvement, business process re-engineering (BPM, BPR)
• Driving the Quality agenda
• Aiming for accreditation of some description
• Helping to introduce methodology
• Reducing the company’s cost of delivery
• Process improvement at a strategic level as well as a practical level

Skills / experience:
• 10+ years commercial experience
• Strong background of Business Process Improvement
• Must have worked in a Business Process Management role previously
• Experience of defining, running and delivering projects
