What’s the job about?
You will be dealing with IBM’s company clients (B2B) and troubleshooting their IT problems and answering their queries. It is important to have good computer knowledge and you will get training about the IBM products. There are several teams, some are more customer service orientated while others are more technical. You will be placed according your technical knowledge. The position requires good computer skills, customer service skills, phone manners, and the ability to work team.
Salary?
Your salary will be =
€22,000 per year (+/- €1,650 per month after tax for single person)

Conditions and Benefits?
· The work is performed within IBM but the Assignment is signed between you and Manpower, starting for a period of 11 months and then extended on 12 months basis.
