Online Associate’s required (English, French & German speaking)

Data Specialist required for a leading technology firm based in Dublin to work on the English, French, German and Nordic languages on the companies on-line offerings.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for looking the accuracy of data and making decisions on data quality.
• Work on tasks that are moderately complex in nature, comparing between multiple sources of information, with great attention to detail.
• You will be responsible for making outbound calls to ensure specific data is accurate.
• You will provide direct feedback about the process and the results of the work.
• This role is in a fast paced working environment where processes are subject to change on a weekly basis;

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree ideally within the technology sector but not essential
• Ideally have gained experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills
• Having the ability to adapt to new technology and switching policies on a regular basis
• Flexibility to undertake international travel if required
• Ideally speaking both English and/or French, German, Dutch or Norwegian.
