A broad and challenging position has emerged within a city based life insurance company. Although essentially a business analysis role, for the right person this could be much more. The organisation is undergoing a complex product role out and requires an operational business analyst within their change management department.

Reporting directly to the Change Manager, this is a senior role and would suit someone willing to rise above their current level. This role is a stepping stone into Operations and Project Management. You must be the type of individual who can juggle Vendor Management, Operations and Stakeholder Management, Business Analysis and Change Initiatives.

You must come from a structured business analysis background, have IT skills and a Can-Do attitude.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Life & Pensions experience
  • Technical Business Analysis skills
  • 5+ years commercial experience
  • Understanding of insurance products
  • E-Commerce experience is an advantage

Remuneration: €40K - €55K plus bonus plus excellent benefits package
