Principle SAP HCM Functional Implementation Consultant
Implementing a new ERP HCM solution which is set to become a dominant force in the global ERP arena. Working with large scale multinational corporates implementing a new type of ERP solution based on a SaaS model.
You should have a strong SAP or PeopleSoft HCM / HR background having lead 3 or more ERP implementations, as a strong functional consultant you should be interested in taking on a new challenge and have the ability to lead.
High level of training offered in this role to enable you to become an expert on the next generation of ERP solutions.

Skills / Experience:
• 8+ years commercial ERP HCM experience (SAP HR, PeopleSoft, Oracle HR, Kronos)
• 3+ ERP implementations in a leading role
• Strong functional knowledge in Human Capital Management applications
• Ability to learn about a new product rapidly in an open-minded way.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Experience of; Talent Management (Staffing, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning) and/or Benefits and/or Compensation and/or Globalization products
