This company has advanced in recent times and successfully sells both software and hardware products globally, ranked as one of the top 10 largest IT companies in the world they have a vacancy for an experienced Sales Account Manager to take responsibility for the contract renewals process in the German market.

Job Description

This sales position requires strong account management skills, previous experience in a Maintenance Renewals Sales role within the IT Industry. You will be responsible for renewing IT Maintenance renewal contracts that are due to end and encourage businesses to remain a customer, resolve any issues they may and give them advice on any new IT products that may be of benefit to them.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Meeting outlined sales targets
  • Ensuring contracts are renewed on time
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell from the product portfolio
  • Sales forecasting
  • Provide quotations for customers and respond to any questions
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure customers needs are met

Skills/Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years Internal Sales experience
  • Full fluency in German and English
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and business deadlines
  • Positive approach to work, strong communication and customer service skills
  • Bright, self-motivated and engaging
  • Ideally educated to a Third Level / University Level
