Multi National in the Software Industry has a new vacancy for an experienced Sales Renewal Account Manager with German to manage the DACH region. This company is going through growth due to expansion in their European HQ in Cork and can provide a stable working environment and all the neccessary tools to further a successful sales career internationally.
This role is rewarded with a significant basic salary reflective of at least 2 years experience in sales, accelerators, bonus schemes as well as international travel to reward top performers.
Job Description
This Internal Sales role requires the Account Manager to successfully renew the product licenses with the business customers across the DACH region, provide business level customer support and build strong relationships with distributors across German speaking regions.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive sales and customer support to exisiting business customers across the DACH regions in both English and German
- Dealing with any incoming inquiries that may come in and answering or redirecting these
- Ensuring customers renew their products and services and are updated on new upgrades and technologies available to them
- Meeting agreed sales targets and service level agreements
- Meeting business deadlines
- Working closely with resellers within the DACH regions
- Cross selling & up selling when appropriate
Skills/Experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience successfuly selling in a Call Centre / Contact Centre / Office Based environment, ideally business to business, strong account managers and experienced customer service executives may also be considered with IT industry experience
- Full fluency in German and English
- Strong technical ability using MS Office
- Proven ability to meet KPI’s / targets
- Ability to cross-sell and up-sell
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Ideally educated to a Third Level Degree, Business or Marketing is ideal but not a requirement
