Specialty Software Sales Representative required for a world leading multi national IT organisation based in their European Head Quarters based in West Dublin.
Our Clients is a major multi national blue chip organisation within the IT Sector, their European Head Quarters based in West Dublin with there further satellite offices based throughout the country. They are currently looking to add an experienced Software sales specialist to their well established team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for renewing SW Maintenance Contracts for existing customer base within the assigned customer set.
· He/she should possess the technical /sales expertise required to successfully conduct all phases of the sales cycle.
· The Pa Renewals Tele Sales Specialist must demonstrate all the behaviours associated with High Performance Sales Culture, specifically managing a pipeline of renewals opportunity through the appropriate fulfilment channels, committing to and delivering result against monthly/quarterly forecast and target.
· Actively seek and develop new cross brand business opportunity from his/her existing installed base.
· He/she will be responsible for all the phases of the renewal sales process from quoting correctly the customers to ensuring that fulfilment is completed.
· The Pa Renewals Tele Sales Specialist works independently for most of his/her activities but he/she may need to work under the guidance of a team leader or more experienced Sales specialist on certain circumstance.
· He/She will be required to provide timely forecast and risk analysis to either his/her direct manager or another member of the management team according to business specific requirements.
The Pa Renewals Tele Sales Specialist is expected to establish proficiency in the following areas:
· Describe how Software Maintenance Services meet specific customer requirements and the benefits of using Software Maintenance Services.
· Qualify a prospect; gather requirements, handle objections, and cost justify Software Maintenance Service offerings.
· Assist customers in analyzing and designing Software Maintenance Services to satisfy customer expectations.
· Satisfy customer’s questions and requirements related to contracts, pricing, delivery, and pre-packaged offerings.
· Close the sale for Software Maintenance Services and contracts
Requirements:
· Ordinary Degree/diploma in Business or IT, (sufficient working experience within the IT sector will also be considered for the position)
· Ideally 6 months in a similar IT position
· Ideally a years customer service preferably within the IT or software sector.
· Fluent in English
