SENIOR SAP CRM 7.0 CONSULTANT - Pilot Project managing to ITIL processes (Incident Process)

Main aim: To have a POC for SAP CRM7.0 Incident Management tool :

1. To evaluate SAP tool fulfill the User Requirements

2. To check whether SAP incident processes is according to ITIL processes

3. To evaluate whether SAP is user friendly and able to interface/connect to other local application(eg: Asset, Hardware inventory, Microsoft Active Directory etc)

4. To evaluate whether SAP is able to be used as B.Braun Global Incident Management tool for all IT incident ticket Globally & Locally.

5. To evaluate and ensure that SAP CRM7.0 is able to support low bandwidth region as well as multi-language features

6. POC shall involve at least one location per Region in the UAT.
