Senior Business Analyst - Business Process

Great opportunity for an experienced BA to join a leading Dublin banking group to work on business change and business process improvement projects. There are a number of projects beginning which require Business Analysis skills and strong Workflow and Business Process Design experience.

You should have proven experience of documenting the ‘As-Is’ and the ‘To Be’ processes and be strong at eliciting the business requirements.

Role / opportunity:

  • Business Analyst role
  • Business requirement gathering & analysis
  • Documenting the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes
  • Working closely with business stake holders
  • BPM BPR Workflow initiatives
  • Create Business functional and technical specs
  • Business planning input to improve business processes
  • Input at scoping, requirements gathering and solution implementation phases

Skills / experience:

  • 5+ years Business Analysis experience
  • Strong Business Process / Workflow experience
  • Experience of banking environment
  • Previous external consulting experience may be a benefit
  • Strong listening, communication and analytical skills
