Senior Business Analyst - Business Process
Great opportunity for an experienced BA to join a leading Dublin banking group to work on business change and business process improvement projects. There are a number of projects beginning which require Business Analysis skills and strong Workflow and Business Process Design experience.
You should have proven experience of documenting the ‘As-Is’ and the ‘To Be’ processes and be strong at eliciting the business requirements.
Role / opportunity:
- Business Analyst role
- Business requirement gathering & analysis
- Documenting the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes
- Working closely with business stake holders
- BPM BPR Workflow initiatives
- Create Business functional and technical specs
- Business planning input to improve business processes
- Input at scoping, requirements gathering and solution implementation phases
Skills / experience:
- 5+ years Business Analysis experience
- Strong Business Process / Workflow experience
- Experience of banking environment
- Previous external consulting experience may be a benefit
- Strong listening, communication and analytical skills
