Newly created Senior Business Analysis role suited to a strong BA with a Life & Pensions background and large scale project experience. You should have; organised and run workshops for requirement gathering, have good experience of working with senior management and executives, have created requirement gathering processes for a BA team.

Role / opportunity:
- Senior Business Analysis
- Requirement gathering; running workshops, managing senior stake hold expectations
- Requirement analysis and challenging
- Actively working with product managers, SME’s, compliance, legal, business unit owners etc
- Proactively helping to define the business operating model
- Production of detailed requirements for agreement and signoff
- Influencing the testing phase
- Ensure development meets business requirements
Skills / experience:
- 8+ years commercial experience
- 5+ years Business Analysis experience
- Strong Life & Pensions product experience
- Strong Business Process definition experience
- Previous experience of managing requirement gathering workshops
- Good decision making skills
