Senior Business Process Specialist

Superb opportunity for a Senior level Business Process Specialist who is able to develop new business operating models as this financial services company is creating and rolling out new products. This is a well established and highly secure business who are taking this opportunity to grow their market share global within the investments and financial services arena.

You will have worked in a consulting capacity at some stage working with external clients to improve their operating models through improving processes.

Role / opportunity:

  • Building new business models
  • Business Process Design (BPM, BPR)
  • Coordinate with IT to identify best supporting systems
  • Gather and analyse business requirements
  • Write and review business specifications
  • Drive efficiencies through the business
  • Project Manage the Process Improvement initiatives

Skills / experience:

  • 8+ years commercial experience
  • Proven Business Process background
  • Experience of developing new business operating models
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to clearly and concisely gather, interpret, analyse and document information
  • Strong communication skills
  • Appreciation of IT challenges and issues
  • Likely to have worked in a consulting practice previously
  • Understanding of financial services regulatory compliance issues is a benefit

Terms:

  • Permanent role
  • Salary is entirely dependent on experience with a potential range of 60-90K
