Senior Field Service Engineer

Our Client is seeking to recruit a Senior Field Service Engineer. You will take ownership of complex technical issues from escalation to resolution while building strong relationships with our clients.


Skills Required:
5 years field service experience (min.)
Microsoft Server Technologies, SBS and Standard 2003 - 2008,
MCSE Cert (must currently hold MCSE qualification)
detailed MS Exchange and Active Directory experience
Ability to work alone and project manage

Sonicwall, Draytek, Cisco experience an advantage

Backup and DR, best practice experience

Full driving license and good customer service skills essential.
