Service Manager required for Major technology organisation

We currently have an opening for a Service Manager to work within a major technology organisation based in Dublin 15. Our client is one of the biggest companies in the world and you will be based in there European Head Quarters in Dublin.

For the role you will be responsible for managing the Client relationship on behalf of our client. You will provide leadership and direction to the Service Delivery teams, meet or exceed service levels and task manage the Service Co-ordinators

The requirements for the role would include:

  • In depth specialist Service Management discipline knowledge.
  • In depth understanding of interfaces between IT support groups and roles and responsibilities of each
  • Presentations and communications
  • Knowledge of Lotus products
  • Knowledge of other word processing packages and presentation software
  • Team leadership/management skills
  • Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Contract Management ideally within the IT sector
  • Opportunity Management
  • Service Level Management
  • Process Management within the IT sector
  • Conflict Management
  • Risk & Issue Management
